Til Fjells: Norwegian Knitting Course and Knit-A-Long
THIS COURSE STARTS SATURDAY AUGUST 15 2026
Inspired by a beautiful vintage Norwegian pattern, Til Fjells ("Into the Mountains") is a timeless colorwork design featuring a classic Norwegian round yoke.
One of the unique features of this knit-along is that you can choose your own adventure:
🧶 Knit the cardigan
or
🧶 Knit the pullover
Both versions share the same stunning yoke design and traditional Norwegian character.
Throughout the knit-along, you'll get access to detailed video tutorials showing every step of the process, including yarn selection, color choices, knitting the yoke, shaping, finishing, and assembly - as well as LIVE sessions with Q&A.
Whether you've knitted Norwegian colorwork before or are looking to build your confidence, you'll have guidance and support every step of the way!
More details, yarn recommendations, and color inspiration will be released throughout the summer as we prepare for our autumn cast-on together.
This course and Knit-a-Long starts Saturday August 15th 2026!
If you already KNOW you`ll join us, there is a Very Very Early Bird Price available for a short period of time.
Additional larger sizes will be added for the knit-along.
One of the most common questions knitters ask is:
"How much yarn will I need?" 😊
