LEARN TO KNIT NORA`S CARDIGAN FROM THE MOVIE "TROLL"!

Trollkoftene

The Troll Cardigan – A Complete Norwegian Sweater Course

The Troll Cardigan became the most popular course I have ever created.

Knitters from all over the world have knitted this traditional Norwegian cardigan with me — some of them even more than once.

This is not just a pattern.

It is a complete step-by-step knitting journey where I guide you through the entire process of creating a traditional Norwegian cardigan.

Inside the course you will learn:

• How to read and understand traditional Norwegian colorwork
• Yarn choices and color combinations
• Knitting the body and sleeves
• Steeking (cutting your knitting safely and confidently)
• Finishing techniques for a professional result
• Button bands and final details

You will see exactly what to do — stitch by stitch.

The course includes detailed video lessons, clear explanations, and guidance all the way to a finished cardigan.

A sweater with history

This cardigan is inspired by traditional Norwegian knitting traditions and vintage design.

Many knitters know it as “The Troll Cardigan” — but its roots go much deeper into Norwegian sweater history.

Lifetime access

You will have lifetime access to the course and can return to the lessons whenever you need.

Knit at your own pace.

Rewatch whenever you like.

If you have been thinking about knitting a Norwegian cardigan — this is a beautiful place to start.

The cardigan "Nora" wears in the Netflix movie "TROLL" has become EXTREMELY popular!

If you are a member of any knitting group on Facebook, you will have seen how the groups are flooded with questions regarding the cardigan "Nora" wears! (The cardigan in the photo above is knitted by course participant Kathy Kessler)

It is originally an old Norwegian pattern from the 1940s, called "Finn".

For this course and KAL, you will get instructions/patterns for sizes XS - 5XL - and ALSO for a sweater!

MEET "FINN"!

The original pattern is called "Finn" and was published by a Norwegian yarn producer in the 1940`s.

The original pattern was written for one size only.

In this course, you will get instructions/patterns from XS-5XL!

You`ll learn EVERYTHING you`ll need to be able to knit the cardigan (or sweater) in this online course!!

The instructions will guide you to the exact tutorial video - so you`ll never get stuck!

(Course participant Betsy Stewart knitted the cardigan in the photo above.)

Should you need additional help, the knitting instructor Kristin will be available via email and Messenger!
