The "Atlantic Crossing" Cardigan

There were a lot of beautiful old cardigans and sweaters worn by actors and actresses in the popular TV-series "Atlantic Crossing"

Facts about the TV-series:

Atlantic Crossing is a historical drama in the form of a television miniseries set in Norway and the United States during World War II. The series is wide-ranging but pays special attention to interactions between Crown Princess Martha of Norway and President Franklin Roosevelt during the period when Martha was a war refugee in the United States after fleeing the 1940 Nazi Invasion of Norway.

_________

The cardigan/sweater in the photos below has become extremely popular!

It was worn by an actress in the very first episode, and the internet "exploded" with pattern requests afterwards!

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Is yarn included in the course?

No, it isn`t. You`ll need yarn that has the gauge of 24 stitches per 10cm/4 inches, and I recommend pure wool. I have used Rauma Finull for the base color, and that can be ordered here: https://www.woolandcompany.com/brands/rauma/

I used Ask yarn for the colors (but you may use Rauma Finull!) - and that can only be ordered from Norway, here: https://ull.no/

HERE are some suggested yarn substitutions: https://yarnsub.com/yarns/hifa/ask_hifa_2
